As this service provides full administrative support for your system, we will require administrative access to your system, and normally request that administrative access as not provide to the client so we can ensure the proper running of the system.

With the Server Management and Monitoring service we set up our monitoring system to check the availability of your system. Our monitoring software constantly checks to ensure the availability of your system, as well as the individual public services it provides (eg HTTP, FTP). Whenever a problem is detected, and email is sent automatically to the nominated email address notifying you of the issue. At the same time an SMS message is sent to the nominated mobile phone number to ensure you are kept up to date at all times. At the same time, a copy of the warning message is sent to our networking management staff, notifying them of the issue. Our staff can then quickly access the issue with your system and provide a rapid resolution.
