Hosted Business Platform
The Hosted Business Platform is a service that delivers enterprise class productivity to your business. The service achieves this by providing a consistent and familiar workspace to your employees, that has all of their productivity applications pre-installed.
You can connect to this workspace from any internet-connected computer in the world, allowing you to increase productivity and allow your workforce to connect to their system regardless of physical location. All you need to use this service is a broadband internet connection for your computer.
This solution is deployed utilising Windows Remote Desktop Services (aka Terminal Services). With this service, your organisation will have their own server hosted in our world class data centre, to which your employees will connect. This server will provide a desktop experience you are already familiar with, and will allow you to centralise all your documents in one location.
All of your information is contained within your own private Virtual Server, which is hosted on our VMware vSphere Infrastructure. Your data is safe, as only you and your employees can access your system. Physical security is also taken care of, with the physical servers hosting your system secured with private monitored CCTV, biometric access and security guards.
Sounds complicated? Well it isn’t. With our Complete Management Service we take care of the management of your system. Whether you need a new user added, a new program installed, or even just to manage updates for the system – we can take care of it all for you.

The Hosted Business Platform is deployed utilising Windows Remote Desktop Services (aka Terminal Services). Your platform provides a customise but familiars desktop experience that you can connect to using Remote Desktop Connection software (included with most PC’s).
When you order the Hosted Business Platform service, one of our sales consultant will get in touch with you to discuss your organisations exact requirements. From this, we are able to provide a quote for the service which will fulfil your individual requirements.
When the service is provisioned, we will create and install your own Virtual Server system that will host your business platform. As part of this process we will install your business applications (such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access etc), MYOB, Quicken etc) and also create user accounts for your employees.
When your system is ready, you will be contacted with the details to connect to your system. Once you have connected, you will be able to start realising the great benefits of this service immediately. Regardless of whether you are using a Mac or a PC, running Windows XP or Windows 7, your employees will be able to access a unified system and work productively. As a bonus, because all of the processing for your platform occurs on the server hosted in our datacentre, you can reduce your IT equipment budget by extending the life of your older systems.
